राम जन्मभूमि तीर्थ क्षेत्र ट्रस्ट से पारदर्शिता की मेरी पुरानी मांग को हाल की घटनाओं ने सही साबित किया : अमिताभ ठाकुर।
दो टूक : आजाद अधिकार सेना के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष अमिताभ ठाकुर ने कहा है कि श्री राम जन्मभूमि तीर्थ क्षेत्र ट्रस्ट से संबंधित हाल की घटनाओं ने पारदर्शिता और उत्तरदायित्व को लेकर उनके द्वारा वर्षों से उठाए जा रहे प्रश्नों की प्रासंगिकता को और अधिक स्पष्ट कर दिया है.
उन्होंने बताया कि 26 फरवरी 2024 को उन्होंने ट्रस्ट से अनुरोध किया था कि वह स्वेच्छा से अपने ट्रस्ट दस्तावेज, वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन, बैलेंस शीट तथा अन्य मूलभूत वित्तीय अभिलेख सार्वजनिक करे. इस पर कोई सार्थक कार्रवाई न होने पर उन्होंने 7 जून 2025 को दुबारा पत्र भेजा था. इसी बीच चम्पत राय द्वारा ट्रस्ट के लेखों का ऑडिट नियंत्रक एवं महालेखा परीक्षक (CAG) द्वारा होने का सार्वजनिक बयान आया, जिस पर अमिताभ ठाकुर ने चम्पत राय को पत्र भेज कर इस सम्बन्ध में स्थिति से अवगत कराने का अनुरोध किया था.
अपने उत्तर में ट्रस्ट स्वयं को एक स्वतंत्र एवं स्वायत्त संस्था बताते हुए स्पष्ट किया कि उसके लेखों का कभी भी नियंत्रक एवं महालेखा परीक्षक (CAG) द्वारा ऑडिट नहीं किया गया है ।
अमिताभ ठाकुर ने कहा कि वे इस सम्बन्ध में ट्रस्ट से दुबारा पत्राचार कर अपने ट्रस्ट दस्तावेज, वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन, बैलेंस शीट तथा अन्य मूलभूत वित्तीय अभिलेख सार्वजनिक करने का अनुरोध करेंगे ताकि देश की करोड़ों लोगों की आस्था से जुड़े इस महत्वपूर्ण संस्थान में अधिकतम पारदर्शिता और उत्तरदायित्व की स्थिति बन सके.
Recent Developments Reinforce Long-Standing Call for Transparency in Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust: Amitabh Thakur

Amitabh Thakur, National President of Azad Adhikar Sena, has said that the recent developments concerning the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust have reinforced the very issues of transparency and accountability that he had consistently raised much earlier.
He said that on 26 February 2024, he had requested the Trust to voluntarily place its trust documents, annual reports and financial statements in the public domain. When no meaningful action followed, he sent another representation on 7 June 2025. Subsequently when a public statement had come from Chanpat Rai about the Trust's accounts allegedly being audited by the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG), yo which Amitabh Thakur had sent a letter to the Trust to clarify the situation.
In its reply, the Trust had clarified that its accounts had never been audited by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India and reiterated that it is an independent and autonomous body.
Amitabh Thakur said that he would again request the Trust to place its trust documents, annual reports and financial statements in the public domain so that required transparency and accountability is achieved in this institution enjoying immense public faith.
